Apple has started a "Complaints? Tell Steve Jobs" feedback page at:
"If you're not happy, we're not happy," says the page. "Please tell us what the problem is, and we'll try to help. Fill out the form below and click 'Tell Steve Jobs.' We'll try to get back to you quickly. It may be that we can best work with you over the phone, so please be sure to include a phone number at which we can reach you."
